Eye On Gervais

Thanks to Mike I was able to get my old lenses switched out for new ones when I received them from my out of state optometrist. He also adjusted my glasses to fit better. Very kind and helpful!

I had got hit in the eye with a piece of trash and the Ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. The Doctor was also very kind as to helping me save my eye. And it felt very personal that they cared, I will go to them again. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

The kind, informative, and helpful staff made my visit to Eye on Gervais the best medical experience I’ve had yet! Dr. Loftis is very thorough with his process and takes the time to explain everything he finds, and the front desk is so wonderful answering all my questions and assisting with my new glasses. Satisfied doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel, I am so happy I found y’all!

I have a pair of Ray Bans that I bought replacement lenses for. I took them to a shop here in Columbia, but they couldn’t swap them. They recommended Eye On Gervais. I called and got Mike. Right away I could tell I had called the right place. Mike took a look and tried. Couldn’t get the screws out. Not wanting to quit, he ordered a special tool. That didn’t work, but Mike persevered. He modified the tool and made it happen. Not only that, he only wanted to charge me for the cost of the special tool. $25! Um, no. I paid $40 for his determination and persistence. If you need glasses, then this is the shop For you. Thank you, Mike. I’m loving my new and improved Ray Bans. Steve

Recently went for an eye exam, glasses needed for sure, but the optometrist was super nice and funny. I loved that he took his time with appointment and didn’t rush me in and out. He also gave me lots of info about what my readings could potentially mean in the future. The staff was so sweet and they had an awesome and unique selection for frames which is rare.

Nice place good staff Que Jenkins always has a smile tht will make you smile back . Everyone else here as well is very helpful .. been with them for a while. They are good with communicating Mr loftis is a good guy to make sure your up and running . Have a blessed day everyone!!

Every single person I’ve worked with has been super kind and easy to work with. The doctors are very communicative about any questions and the staff is transparent about pricing and eager to help.

The staff here were very helpful! I had an issue with my nose pads and they helped me free of charge (I didn't get my original glasses from here)! The staff provided great service and JD helped find me a screw that would fit for my nosepad. I'll definitely be ordering my next glasses from here!

I just stopped in for help fixing my glasses (I am on a visit to the area and was desperate!). I was in and out in under 10 minutes, all the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and JD did a great job! Amazing experience.
